FAQ's
What time is check in?
Check-in time is daily from 2pm. Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time by calling +61 0428 689 040, as we do not have a 24-hour reception. If you arrive earlier than 2pm, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee access to the property until the official check-in time. Upon arrival, you will be asked to provide a valid ID and a credit/debit card for pre-authorization of incidental charges.
What time is checkout?
Check-out time is daily at 10am. Late check-out requests may be accommodated, subject to availability and at an additional charge. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact us as soon as possible to check if this is possible by calling +61 0428 689 040. We ask that you ensure that the cabin(s) is vacated by 10am to allow time for our housekeeping team to prepare for the next guests. We kindly ask that you return property room keys to each cabin, and if required, settle any outstanding charges before departure.
How many people does Lost Paradise suit?
Lost Paradise is a luxurious private cabin accommodation nestled amidst the lush rainforest of Mission Beach, North Queensland. The property consists of three cabins sleeping up to 6 adults. It's the perfect destination for couples, small groups, or families.
Does the property have WIFI?
Yes, we have WIFI available.
Can I have a party at Lost Paradise?
Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited at Lost Paradise; any small gathering of Visitors, must comply with other rules set regarding, Noise, the Neighborhood and Visitor numbers and additional guest staying overnight at the property.
Am I permitted to bring a pet?
Pets permitted at not permitted at Lost Paradise.
If you have special needs and require a service animal, please contact the Tim the Property Manager in advance to make arrangements.
What cooking facilities are at Lost Paradise?
Cabin 1 is equipped with a kitchen and facilities. Guests are welcome to use the gas barbecue in the pool area, but must do so responsibly and with caution. While gas is a great way to barbecue, it can also be dangerous. Ensure you are familiar with how to use the gas barbecue. Refer to our House Rules Booklet in each cabin. Please ask if you need more information.
How far is are the nearest restaurants and convenience or retail stores?
Located just a short 10-minute drive from Mission Beach, Lost Paradise provides easy access to a range of retail shops, restaurants and bars.
